Elevate the flooring conversation and position Mohawk as a true partner
2014 was a year of significant transition for Mohawk Flooring’s digital shopping business. My team and I gathered thoughts and considerations around ways to enhance the mohawkflooring.com online customer experience on mobile, tablet and desktop. It is essential to build trust and confidence for the homeowner by offering accurate product materials, colors and textures. My team and I believe it’s more than just a solution through online experience.
I was the UX designer with my manager to create frameworks and prototypes to share the vision, design principles and content strategy. This helped to discuss ideas, gain alignment and drive decision making.
The product was launched in May 2015.
